Introduction
Welcome to the BriteBiz Affiliate Program. By participating in the BriteBiz Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). BriteBiz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any new features or enhancements that augment the current Program, including the release of new tools or resources, will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Program Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must complete an application on our PartnerStack portal. BriteBiz may reject any application if, at our discretion, it is deemed unsuitable for the Program. Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique Affiliate URL Code to track referrals from your site or social media platforms.

Affiliate Responsibilities
As a BriteBiz affiliate, you agree to:‍

• Promote BriteBiz only through lawful and ethical methods.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
• Avoid misleading claims about BriteBiz or its products.
• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly on any promotional materials or platforms.
• Uphold brand integrity by only using authorized promotional materials provided by BriteBiz.

Affiliate Links
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive access to a variety of promotional materials, including affiliate links, banners, and other creatives, all of which remain the property of BriteBiz. These materials are exclusively for use in your role as an affiliate and should not be altered or misrepresented. You are eligible to earn commissions only on BriteBiz membership signups made directly through your unique affiliate links.

Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure:

‍‍_‍‍BriteBiz reserves the right to amend and update the structure of commissions and payments without notice.

• Pro Affiliate
  • Eligibility: Affiliates achieving $75,000+ in annual referred revenue.
  • Incentives: Earn a recurring commission of 15% on membership fees for each new customer referred to BriteBiz, applicable for 24 months from the customer’s initial payment.
• Affiliate
  • Eligibility: Affiliates with up to $75,000 in annual referred revenue.
  • Incentives: Earn a recurring commission of 15% on membership fees for each new customer referred, applicable for 12 months from the customer’s initial payment.

Timing Of Affiliate Commission Payments:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Commission payments begin one month after the customer’s initial payment and continue based on tier eligibility.
• Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, the affiliate commission is paid out over 12 months, with 1/12 of the 15% annual commission amount distributed monthly, beginning one month after the customer’s initial payment.

Payment Method:

• Payments are made through PartnerStack by uploading details of your relevant payment details. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. BriteBiz is not liable for funds paid to incorrect accounts due to inaccurate information. Further details on payment methods and payment process Here. 

Minimum Payout Threshold:

• No minimum payout threshold in PartnerStack is $5; affiliates will receive earnings monthly based on qualifying referrals.

Short-Term Promotions

From time to time, BriteBiz may introduce short-term promotions within the Affiliate Program to offer enhanced commissions, bonuses, or special incentives. Participation in these promotions is optional but subject to the following conditions:

• Promotion Eligibility: Affiliates must meet any specific criteria outlined for each promotion to qualify. Eligibility details, including qualifying dates, will be communicated in advance.
• Temporary Modifications to Commission Structure: During the promotional period, adjustments to the standard commission rate or structure may apply. Details of the modified commission rates or bonuses, along with any special payout schedules, will be provided in the promotion details.
• Duration and Timing: Each promotion will have defined start and end dates. Only sales generated within this period will qualify for the promotional benefits. Sales outside the specified timeframe will be subject to the standard commission rates.
• Terms and Conditions Compliance: Affiliates must continue to comply with all general Terms and Conditions of the BriteBiz Affiliate Program. Any violation of the general terms may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of associated bonuses.
• Modification or Cancellation of Promotions: BriteBiz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated promptly to all eligible affiliates.
• Additional Requirements: Some promotions may include additional requirements, such as increased promotional activity, specific campaign themes, or minimum sales targets. These requirements will be outlined within each promotional announcement.

By participating in any short-term promotion, affiliates agree to abide by these additional terms and conditions. BriteBiz will communicate the details of each promotion, including eligibility requirements, through PartnerStack and email notifications.

Referral Guidelines

Qualified Referrals: Only referrals that result in successful sales to new BriteBiz customers qualify for commission. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals do not qualify.

Compliance and Termination
BriteBiz reserves the right to review affiliate activity for compliance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. BriteBiz may also modify or terminate this Program at any time, providing notice through our website or via email. BriteBiz will not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages to any participant of the program as a result of termination, for any reason that the company see’s fit. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, including any disputes arising from or related to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The parties hereby agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
